Leading Georgia's AI Community:

The Georgia AI Alliance

Founded and organized by Workfast Consulting

Georgia AI Alliance is dedicated to advancing AI understanding and adoption across Georgia. Each month, the Alliance runs 15+ events — from networking lunches and technical build sessions and demos to industry-specific discussion groups — drawing 75+ attendees at our monthly lunch alone. Companies including Microsoft and Delta have hosted Alliance events, and the Alliance aggregates in-person AI events from groups across the state to support community-wide connection.

In April 2026, Workfast helped organize Atlanta AI Week, drawing over 1,200 attendees across three days at Atlanta Tech Village. The Alliance is also helping support an NSF grant proposal for “AI Ready Georgia,” and provides speakers to conferences and community organizations including Scouting America's Atlanta Area Council, Rotary groups, foster care organizations, and senior citizen groups.

Workfast co-founders Matt Barnes and James Stovall organize the Alliance and its programming.
