Meet Matt Barnes
Matt Barnes is the Managing Partner at Workfast Consulting. Driven by a desire to serve others and backed by 20+ years of experience in consulting and coaching, Matt has developed Workfast Consulting to help businesses - nationally and internationally - to not only meet their goals, but also to build confidence and hone skills through every level of the organization.
Matt is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion SEVEN and at the Camp David Presidential Retreat. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and his Masters in Business Administration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Meet James Stovall
James Stovall is a seasoned business advisor with a focus on transformation, AI workforce strategies, and innovation. With over two decades of experience advising clients — including a decade at Deloitte — James is known for his pragmatic, data-driven approach to solving complex organizational challenges. Most recently, he developed the AI / Future of Work offering for Randstad's Advisory practice. His clients have included top organizations like Google, Amazon, J&J, Merck, Cisco, Coca-Cola, Aflac, Kaiser, Nike, and Dollar General.
James has led multimillion-dollar change management projects, implemented new technology and processes, and regularly advises clients on their most challenging transformations. He also hosts innovation days to bring fresh insights and identify new opportunities for clients.
